Alicia, Kerri and Jenn were phenomenal. As out-of-state sellers of a condo in a tough market on Perdido Key, we were impressed by their specific knowledge of the area, market, marketing/pricing strategies, HOA peculiarities and anytime-anywhere prompt communications. They often went above and beyond in so many ways. From hosting multiple open houses, answering prospective buyer/agent questions, working through the offer/counter phase and into a clean closing, Alicia, Kerri and Jenn were diligent, precise and accommodating. They know seemingly everyone in the area – including qualified/competent contractors and inspectors who did great work getting the property ready to sell. We really don't think our words can properly express the gratitude our family has for Alicia and the incredible support and expertise that we were gifted with by having her as our agent. Our family suffered the unexpected and tragic loss of a loved one. We do not reside in the area and suddenly it fell upon us to sell a home and handle so much more. From our very first encounter, as we were considering who to list our home with, they were very thorough as they described the process, what to expect from them, etc. We were provided a hypothetical scenario - which turned out to be right on the mark for the actual sale. I couldn't have asked for a better person than Alicia to find my home in flordia. She finds the right home and has superior negotiation skills and outstanding communication . Her knowledge of the marked is unparalleled . She is very detailed on closing preparation and makes sure you know everything before you sign on the dotted line. My son and I bought our first home with her and sold it two years later and bought our second home through her. She not only finds the right house for you she sells your home with high impact marketing . She is now part of my family . I drove her crazy but she hung with me like glue and I cherish every day with her even through highs and lows of hunting for just the right home.
